CLASS TYPES
CrossFit is Quattro’s high intensity strength and conditioning program. Every class involves a dedicated strength piece followed up by the Workout Of the Day (or WOD for short).
The daily workout although short is designed to be preformed at a high intensity to get you maximum results in minimal time. We lift weights, perform gymnastics and run, row and bike.


Metcon is crowd favourite at Quattro and it’s our flagship class. It’s a 60 minute sweat fest which combines high intensity cardio with strength training and it’s all over seen by Quattro’s expert coaches.
Your classes will begin with a workout overview followed by a warm up and exercise technique session. Once everyone attending clearly understands the workout ahead of them we attack full force!
