METCON stands for metabolic conditioning and has a fat loss and endurance emphasis. Work hard, breathe hard, get sweaty, have fun! Our Metcon Classes run between 30, 45 and 60 minutes.

Our CrossFit classes are designed to increase your horsepower by building lean muscle and increasing your strength and explosive power. This program involves Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Metabolic Conditioning.

  • Four week minimum term.
  • $10 per week suspension fees.

  • 26 week minimum term.
  • Fortnightly payments.

6 MONTH TRANSFORMATION
$75 Per Week
  • 26 Weeks of one on one transformation coaching and body composition assessments
  • Unlimited access to our CrossFit, Power and Metcon functional fitness group training classes
  • TOTAL $1950
The total cost of this program is $1950 which is to be paid over four instalments of $487 at weeks 0, 2, 4 ,6.
