METCON stands for metabolic conditioning and has a fat loss and endurance emphasis. Work hard, breathe hard, get sweaty, have fun!
METCON will involve the following training tracks.
FIT- Caters to all abilities whether you’re new to fitness or an endurance weapon.
PWR- Our PWR program is the same as FIT but will include more complex exercise variations for veteran athletes.
Our Metcon sessions run between 30, 45 and 60 minutes.
Our Power classes are designed to increase your horsepower by building lean muscle and increasing your strength and explosive power. This program involves the following lifting tracks:
LIFT- Powerlifting or Olympic Lifting to get you strong.
FLEX- Functional bodybuilding for developing key muscle groups to enhance aesthetics and athletic performance.
GYMNASTICS- Different classes for beginners, intermediates or advanced athletes.
