Come in and experience Quattro's flagship class, METCON. It's a 60 minute sweat fest which combines high intensity cardio with strength training and it's all over seen by Quattro's expert coaches. Your class will begin with a workout overview followed by a warm up and exercise technique session. Once everyone attending clearly understands the workout ahead of them we attack full force!
