click’ into place. If there is an area of your CrossFit game that needs some focused attention then an private coaching session is for
you. There are a number of high skill movements like the olympic lifts or gymnastics movements like handstand push ups and ring
muscle ups that require a ton of technique work. A private coaching session provides this focused environment for you where you can
make some rapid improvements.
Mobility is something that we all need more off but never seem to get around to. Why not set some time aside to work with a coach to
