We love having out of town CrossFitters drop in for a WOD. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and answer the following questions.
We require at least 24 hours notice via email prior to your arrival.

We ask that you have at least 3 months CrossFit experience to join a class.

NOTE – All drop-ins must do the WOD with the rest of our team.
Please plan to arrive ten minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign (our insurance friends make
us do this) and introduce you to our box. You may find that CrossFit Quattro Ponsonby does things a little differently than your “box
back home.” Our primary focus at CFQ is teaching and we hope you learn something new while your here! Quattro is also too small to
accommodate a CrossFit class and Open gym at the same time, so if you’re dropping in you’ll have to do the programmed workout of
the day with the rest of the class. We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. If anything makes you
uncomfortable, however, please let us know. We look forward to meeting you!
